In-person purchases are required for daily draw games like Pick 3, Pick 4, and Cash 5. Similarly, traditional scratch-off tickets, also known as “scratchers,” can only be obtained from the Virginia Lottery’s 5,300 retail outlets spread across the commonwealth.
Nevertheless, online players possess exclusive alternatives at their disposal, such as digital games that essentially mimic the concept of “online scratchers.”
